Reservation Requirements <br />(Please Read)

RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS

You must be 21 years old to reserve any of our cabins and the reserving guest MUST occupy the cabin during the entire stay.

A minimum of 50% of the total is required to reserve your cabin. Unless you specify the 50% deposit to reserve your cabin we will assume that you are paying the full amount up front, but you must advise us at the time your reservation is made. If you elect the 50% minimum deposit, the balance of your total will be charged to your credit card on file 21 days prior to your arrival.

2 night minimum stay-year round, except Holidays.
3 night minimum stay for the following Holidays: New Years, Memorial Day Weekend, July 4th, Labor Day Weekend  and Christmas.
4 night minimum stay for Thanksgiving. No check-ins allowed on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day. No exceptions!

No one night rentals at anytime- No exceptions!

Rates listed for each cabin are for occupancy of up to 4 (four) people. Each additional person is billed at $15.00 each plus tax, per night.
Rates do not reflect applicable taxes.

Nominal Cleaning Fees are based on the size of the cabin and the size of your group and are shown at each cabins' description.
Maximum of 2 pets (dogs only) per cabin.
