Reservation/Cancellation Policy

Reservations:

If making a reservation outside of twenty one (21) days of your expected arrival, we require a minimum of 50% (fifty percent) deposit via either Visa or MasterCard. The balance will be automatically charged to the same Visa or MasterCard, twenty one (21) days prior to your expected arrival date.

If making a reservation within twenty one (21) days of your expected arrival date, we require the full reservation amount via either Visa or MasterCard.

Please note: The moment that you authorize Backwoods Cabin Rentals to charge your credit card for the reservation amount, Backwoods Cabin Rentals considers the reservation made and any cancellation will be governed by our Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation/Change Policy:

All cancellations/changes must be received in writing, by certified letter or fax. If received outside of twenty one (21) days of confirmed arrival date, Backwoods Cabin Rentals will refund the deposit amount by company check, less a $30.00 administrative fee. If received within twenty one (21) days of confirmed arrival date, No Refund will be offered. No reason excuses you from this policy.
